We process information needed to create, authenticate, secure, and maintain your Mehendika account. This may include your email address, account identifiers, profile details, and authentication or session information.

Mehendika may use location information that you choose or provide, such as state, district, city, service location, or booking address information, to provide discovery, booking, availability, and marketplace features.

We may process artist profiles, portfolios, packages, availability, bookings, service details, reviews, messages, and related records necessary to operate the marketplace and provide customer and artist features.

Where payment features are available, Mehendika may process transaction status, references, amounts, and related booking information. Payment credentials may be handled by payment service providers. We do not state that Mehendika stores full payment-card credentials unless specifically required by a supported payment flow.
